I have been on Wellbutrin since July 25th. The first couple of weeks at 75mg then increased to 150mg S.R.. I have had the rollercoaster ride I have read about on here. Had several days of uncontrollable sobbing. While that seems to be getting better and I can even say that I have laughed and cut up some in the last couple of days....I am finding that I start getting very sad and weepy in the late afternoon each day. Do I need to talk to my Doctor about increasing the dosage again or give this 150mg dose more time to get my system regulated?
Thanks for any advice!

Hi desperatelyseekinadvice,

Do you take the 150 mg.SR once or twice a day? How long have you been on the increased dose? I know I had crying spells even past 2 months. When I bumped up to 200 mg. my symptoms returned or intensified. This may be what's happening to you. On the other hand, this drug is so unpredictable, symptoms can resurface whether your dose is changed or not. This has been my experience anyhow.
