Just wanted to post this, maybe it will help someone

Sometimes I will get anxiety when I go out in public. I think everyone will stare at me and just start talkin about me.

But then I think to myself, how many times have I gone out in public and that's actually happened? Never. No one pays attention to me. Even if something happens the odds of these poeple knowing who I am are low so really who cares?

Last night I wnet to the fair in our town and I was a little nervous but I realized no one was paying attention to me and I felt fine

Hi Ted

Thank you so much for sharing this. This is my take on fear:

False Expectations Appearing Real.

So what you are doing is an excellent way of dealing with your anxiety.
