Hi cailinbron

Did you go up to 10mg's with the permission of your doctor? With any med adjustments you need to be monitored by your doctor. Unfortunately lack of libido is a very common side effect of many ad's. If you are struggling with anxiety, you may want to go to your doctor to discuss going on a med that will help with anxiety. Any increase in medication will produce side effects, which is why it is never good to increase/decrease without the permission of your doctor.
