Lately I have been having dreams that remember. Oddly enough they are good dreams where good things happen but then i wake up and get really depressed because I know it isn't real.

Hi guitarfan1977

Dreams can be pretty complicated and I can understand that you feel that way when you wake up after having nice dreams. In my opinion if you are remembering your dreams, it is for a reason. Figuring out what your mind is trying to tell you in dreams can help you to grow as a person. You may want to see a therapist and work through the dreams. Also keep a dream journal can help as well.
