The things I've found that help are to take a "stress plex" B-vitamin complex every few days the week before my period. I also take extra magnesium around this time (I always take a calcium/mag supplement every day, but I double the magnesium during PMS.).

Have you tried talking to an OB/GYN about it? I bet one would have some ideas for you. :)

Magnesium did help me a little bit when I remembered to take it.
