i just don't know how. how can i just learn to keep out of things? why must i always jump in? there has got to be some self training i can do. keeping my mouth shut doesn't work all the time. specially when its over the internet. getting involved. fighting fire with fire. i just try making my fire bigger and better. and well. to be honest i'm sick of being this way.

i'm the kind of person anyone messes with someone i know, family/friends. i get very ticked off and my response is hostile. i got a mouth on me. its hard to walk away from stuff. because it feels cowardly. and i'm seeking a teacher who can teach me to control this fury and judgment. please, and thank you. its depressing, it weighs a heavy load on me. then i just feel like sleeping. its a feeling a person gets when they worry and regret, and it lasts a long time. makes it harder to breathe. i don't want to be like this. its depressing....

Hi Drakoica

Your best bet to deal with this is anger management classes. There are two pinned topics in Psych Ed 101 on anger management that you may want to read. They could be fairly helpful for you.
