Small goals that are easy to achieve will make you feel much better about yourself.
My goal this week is to get back to yoga. I´m craving carbs and sugar and it means my body is not in harmony. I know that yoga and green tea will help,
but I´ve been slack these past weeks.
I´m going to start before midnight with only 15 minutes workout. And tomorrow as well.
