Hi Everyone,
I received a request from Nina, a casting producer from Pie Town Productions, an award winning production company that is working on a documentary about a disorder that is dear to me and my family. I would love to see this come to fruition if possible. Please read her request below and you may post responses .

Members can partake in this project and it would be a blessing to everyone who may suffer from this disorder as well as to others everywhere. Together we can build a world where there is a source of confidence and self-esteem, not anxiety.

Interviewing Members with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)

By ptc1234
Hello,

My name is Nina and our Emmy award winning company, Pie Town Productions, is currently working on a documentary about individuals diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Through this program, we are hoping to bring more awareness and understanding to this often misunderstood and misdiagnosed disorder.

We're looking to interview BDD sufferers willing to share their story with us for this taping.
Understandably, this can be a challenging request.
Yet, we did learn, after taping a brief segment on BDD, that participants found the experience to be Therapeutic.

This documentary's goal is not to exploit the sufferers of BDD. Instead we want to shine a light on what you go through and raise awareness of this disease as to help others who may be suffering.

Even if you are unsure, if you're interested in being a part of our documentary, we would love to talk to you and hear how this disease affects you.

If you would like more information about our company, please visit our website at www.pietown.tv

Feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions about the project or to apply. I can be reached at: realitycasting123@gmail.com or at: 818-255-9322

Thank you for your time.
