I think I know the reason that it's been 9weeks on citalopram and not feeling great. I think it's because I still have deal with the withdrawal from paxil. That is slowing my recovery.

When I switched from Zoloft to Wellbutrin I had some dizzy spells which sometimes were problematic when I drove. So my doctor has left me on Zoloft 50 mg and Wellbutrin SR 150 mg twice a day. Dont have any problems and the combo of Zoloft and Wellbutrin is working really well.

Ten years ago, I stopped 20mg Paxil one day and started 37.5 Effexor the next, then 75mg next week. This is what my psych. recommended, but very intense experience, I would not recommend this. I did this at the end of semester towards finals at the university too.

This year I tapered from 75mg to 0 in a week with very little withdrawal, just Zaps for a few days and then headache for a few more. At the end of the week I started 20mg prozac though since it's so slow acting I'm not sure if it eased the remaining effexxor effects or not.
