A Little Better So Far

Posted by jojin , 10 September 2012 · 161 views

I'm feeling a little less anxious so far today. I managed to make myself breakfast and washed the dishes. I'm actually really tired right now. It took me a little over an hour to fall asleep last night.

I looked back over my old bogs last night. They kind of serve as documentation. I don't seem to be getting any better, but then again am I trying to get better?

I want to tell someone about my appointment. I haven't told Ally yet and my family back home never believe there's anything wrong with me. To tell my mom that I'm going to see a therapist, despite the fact that she sees a therapist herself, would be like talking to a wall. My friends don't even believe me when I say I have social anxiety.

I have to get started on my coursework today. I don't really feel like it, but I have to finish it. That 86% grade really bummed me out. I really need that book.

I finished a black and white portrait for one of my mom's friends last week and I have to mail it out soon. Hopefully, I'll get paid ontime. I still haven't been paid for the freelance job I did back in July and it's September! I hate being taken advantage of.

Im glad you are at least feeling a little bit better with your moods.
You should be proud of 86% WITHOUT the book that's a good score and proved you know what you are talking about.

I wish you all the best for your therapist session! I know how scary a first appointment can be!
All the best you x
