Dental Woes (Whineing)

whine rant complain

I really want a cheeseburger right now. I cannot explain how much I want to scarf down a full meal from McDonalds. Two cheeseburgers, fries and ketchup, and a shake! I've been on a strictly soft foods/liquid diet since Thursday. I had no idea I would be having this much difficulty eating and pain in my mouth from the root canal. If I knew I would've been more prepared. It drives me crazy that I can't eat anything solid. Woke up in the morning with throbbing pain and took the last of the Tylenol. I've been taking both the Tylenol for the pain and the anti-inflammatory prescription every day. I also found out today that my tongue has a sore spot where it was injured, probably from what ever dental instrument they used, so I bought some oral medicine and cotton pads to keep it from getting worse from rubbing on my teeth.
I'll be getting a crown after two weeks and then it's off to the orthodontist for my separators! Joy! :rolleyes:
