Since iv started taking SSRI's again i havnt slept more than 2 hours a night..I am a mess..So depressed now this has never happened before when i have taken SSRI's. I get active dreams and sleep walking when i take them usually but little or no sleep is not normal for me. I have to work in a hot kitchen around dangerous things and im in a total...

Feeling So Awful

Started a new dose of SSRI's and the adjustment period is making me so sick. I was suppose to go in to work but was to sick so called in.

Soon as i did that i felt a bit better i think the anxiety about going to work added to the sickness. I hope this sickness passes soon Gotta cover friends shift on weekend :(
