Same thing happened to me and the doc increased the dose to 225mg effexor xr daily and it worked again. Your brain adapts unfortunately but it does continue to work at higher doses.

Nothing has worked....I hope to someday get the certificate I deserve from the AMA as the most treatment-resistant patient in the history of being nuts.
