My anxiety is not really under control but the depression is. Iowa -------------------- I've paid my dues - time after time. I've done my sentence but committed no crime. And bad mistakes, I've made a few. I've had my share of sand kicked in my face, but I've come through. We are the CHAMPIONS, my friends! And we'll keep on fighting till the end!! -Queen

I also do regular exercise and eat a balanced diet and take multi vitamins. -------------------- That's life. If nothing else, its life. It's real, and sometimes it hurts, but it's sort of all we have. Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can... Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are...
