Many of us have tried a number of different anti depressants. Of the ones you've tried, which has worked the best for you? Please specify the following:

1) Name of drug
2) For what condition being treated
3) How long you've used it for

1. Lamictal, hands down. Completely killed my depression and is much smoother than the SSRIs. Day one on Lamictal completely turned me around and has been going strong since.
2. Type 2 Bipolar (Rapid Cycle)
3. 4 months.

Honestly, I think that Lamictal may be the magic pill that a lot of bipolars have been waiting for. I do take Neurontin and Klonopin along with it; the best combination of medication I've been on.
