Newbie Group: Newbie Posts: 9 Joined: 3-February 06 Member No.: 5,695	I'm new here and am concerned about weight gain on Lexapro. For those who've taken a 5 mg dose for several months, did you gain weight? If so, how much? Thanks, UrbanGirl

Usually the "minimum therapeutic dose" is considered to be 10 mg.
