I'm new here and am concerned about weight gain on Lexapro. For those who've taken a 5 mg dose for several months, did you gain weight? If so, how much?

Hi, urbangirl. 5mg is a pretty low dose for Lex. Usually the "minimum therapeutic dose" is considered to be 10 mg. I would guess you'd be less likely to experience ANY side effects if you're on a 5 mg dose.
