Past year I was on 225mg of Effexor XR and depression relapsed so I decided to try Prisitq and here is how I tapered off and what heppened...

day 1-3 took 50mg Prisitq but lowered effexor to 150mg
day 4-6 took 50mg Pristiq and lowered effexor again to 75
day 7-8 only taking 50mg Pristiq - no effexor

day 1-6 i had very bad depression, anxiety, dissiness, fatique, nausea. Some days worse than others. By day 7-8 these started going away and the benefits of Prisitq are just starting. It's too early to say but I hope by the end of my 2nd week with Pristiq, I'll be feeling even better.

Note: I also added Deplin each day which may be helping.

Can anyone offer me some info on how long they think it takes for the Pristiq to start working and how long until its fully working?
