Hey Folks
Remember that most of us at some time or another do Self Injure ourselves or have really low self esteem and low self confidence.
If you are posting anything that might potentially trigger someone ie if its something that has upset you badly or made you angry or made you hate yourself then add a WARNING.
Just add a few lines at the top of a Post such as
***POTENTIAL TRIGGER***
Which talks about cutting/self loathing/physical or sexual abuse, etc.

Try to leave five or six blank lines before typing your main message.
* No pictures of cuts or other forms of self injury
* No pictures using blood or other forms of self injury
* No graphic descriptions of self injury

Thanks. Remember we need to all of us keep ourselves safe. What is ok for you to read might become very distressing and triggering for another. THINK.

Tami Green testifies to Members of Congress and their staffs on what it feels like to have Borderline Personality Disorder. Tami was newly diagnosed with BPD and not yet in remission during this speech. She went on to successfully complete treatment and is now in full remission of symptoms and currently works with others wanting recovery from BPD. I would love to listen Tami Green's talks on BPD, unfortunately I can't hear as I'm profoundly deaf and I can't find any transcribes to read her story.
Any ideas?
(I'm dx with BPD this year also BiPolar few years ago, however I'm still not accepting that I have BPD yet due to lack of information and stigmas too)
