Has anyone had an issue with Wellbutrin side effects worsening during a recurrent depressive episode? My dosage has not changed in 6 months, but when this depression hit, all the sudden I noticed a lot of the original side effects returning as well.

Hi, Bratty! I've been taking Wellbutrin for about about five years now and haven't noticed side effects changes when the depression intensity worsens. Of course, my main side effect has been a racing heart beat. So, it's hard to tell if the racy heart is due to more anxiety or is it the med side effects?

Your question is a good one. I wonder if there's some research available about the topic? I'm going to poke around the internet and see what I can turn up--I'll let you know if I find any new information!
