I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with Samme?  (sp)  I was reading some interesting findings on the internet about it and it all sounds very positive.  I like the fact that there are basically no se's.  It's important to get a good pharmaceudical grade that GN has.

I have been taking one 400 MG SAM-e tablet each day for a couple of months now, but I have been unable to tell much improvement for my depression.

Does anyone suggest a better over-the-counter medication besides SAM-e?

I tke 800mg a day SAMe and have noticed an improvement. I'm also on 80mg of geodon before bed, 10mg Paxil, 600mg 2 times a day Neurontin and 15mg 2times a day of Buspar.

So how can you be sure the SAMe is helping or the other meds are what makes you feel improvement?  Just wondering if it's worth it for me to try it.  Right now I'm not on anything but ativan as needed.  I recently stopped all my AD.  It's been a few weeks and I don't feel any different.  I feel sure they are out of my system by now.
