Just Registered Group: Just Registered Posts: 1 Joined: 7-October 08 Member No.: 29,505	Does anybody know the equivalency between the two! Ive been on 225mg effexor for 6 months, he had me stop taking effexor overnight and titrate with the 50mg Pristiq one a day. is this a giant leap?
