Wow!  Thanks for that!  That was informative and leaves you with the feeling that you're not alone.  What a well done, informational movie clip.  It was full of information and research and kept your eyes and ears moving at all times!  LOL!  I was hopping all the time!

I know that it is hard and embarrassing for me as a man to admit to something like mental illness. It is tantamount for us to failure and weakness. We are no longer sufficient or goods enough. For me i feel like no one will believe me  anyway. ~ Henry

This movie is very enlightening and encouraging. Nobody can deny there is a stigma attached to mental health issues.

As previously mentioned and I agree, this should be a commercial, the barriers need to be broken and mental health needs to be treated just like any other illness.

Western Australias premier, Geoff Gallop, has just announced his retirement so as to continue his recovery from depression. The fact that he has so openly announced that he has, and is being treated for, depression has been praised by many. He could easily have put his reasons for retirement as 'personal'. By openly announcing his condition surely must break down some barriers and be very encouraging for others struggling alone with depression to seek help. Even more so I think it shows that men deal with it too, and should not be afraid to seek help.

Wow! I'm am crying right now. The guy who describes hiding his true self behind a smiling face is me. Its so true that people treat you so different when they know you have a mental illness. and then there are those who refuse to understand that your symptoms are not with in your control. It has nothing to do with will power. To who ever made this thank you

I loved the video. United States seem to have more depression related institutions than Brazil, where I live... But this made me want to find out more about the institutions I have in my country...

I've kept the smile up for everyone for so long that I just couldn't do it anymore. I'm not the type to trust a doctor; what do they know that I do not? Sometimes they know even less. But if there are more doctors that look at it like this then perhaps there is hope. thank you...

Thank you. Great little film. It's true many people treat others differently when they know they have a mental illness. And there's a lot of misinformation out there.
