don't know if this is the right subject to be under. however, just wondering if other people are as affected by other's as i am. i can have a random person tell me.. oh your condo is nice but not great, ya your girl is nice(and not say anything about her looks) and it just stays in my mind.. i obsess and obsess over it and slowly get depressed and then just want to act on their input.. ie dump my girl because someone didn't say she was pretty.
Don't know.. just looking for other people with similar thoughts.

I am not a professional, but it looks like your self esteem could be low and you have high expectations of yourself?
Do you think that perhaps everyone else is better than you and you have to be as good or better than everyone else?

Many people say nice, as they don't know what else to say.
Some people are afraid to say pretty or beautiful, as they may feel that it is too forward, so they opt for nice as a safe word.
