I got some questions, maybe you can help me out

First I wanne of people recognize the follow things:

Wake up to early
You don’t like things anymore
Talking to people is different
Days seems to be very long, and there some problem with the time , yesterday seems so fa away
When the sun is shining you don’t feel the sun
Or you can feel its fryday and the weekend is coming

My doc says it’s a depression:
I had this periode for 5 years agoo at that time is went away in 2,5 months and everyt is going to be normal
Then I took the Zoloft each day 50 mg some days 25 mg

But 18 juni depression returns form aug 1 used 100 mg Zoloft and then at 25 aug I used 150mg
But I don’t feel better, do I had to wait longer? I mean when do I feel something

I also had those side effect,s like tremors in my arms, and sometimes in my legs, sometimes I feel fear.


Now some questions.

1. Who long do I wait when I say to the doc this medical doesn’t work?
2. What do I had to feel? For example do I like things again
3. When does the side effects go away
