I've been on Cymbalta for about 73 days total. The upped dose seemed to help my mood, which had bottomed out after some impressive initial success, but my thoughts have turned dark and negative. I'm thinking all these negative and self-loathing thoughts, but have still seemed pretty happy. I doesn't make sense. I've never had anything like it.
