Hey guys...I know I've not been around fr a while.

I've had so many things to juggle and I've been up and down mentally.

I had been getting my DLA middle rate care for two years when they stopped it.
It seemed rather out of the blue to me.

I followed the usual routes on finding help to fill out the forms again and I appealed.
I was turned down which of course, made me feel worse..but I tried again.

I ended up taking it to Tribunal, which went on back and forth for months..I had to send letters from my GP, my Rheumy, my Pain clinic Dr and my OT..then I had to have a medical.
The Dr that filled out my medical form was the biggest moron I've ever met!

He leaped to conclusions that know one could possibly have worked out in the short time he was here and basically played down everything to the point of me sounding pretty fit!

Anyway...I have been in the process of making a detailed complaint about that report with a lot of help..since I cannot write that much or get it all together in my head.
I got a letter this morning.
They turned down my appeal.

I don't know how to find the energy or motivation to carry on with this..but I need that money.

Has anyone been through all this and won? I know it depends on wording and strict structure..and who reads your application/letters at the time.
All very unfair...but how do we win????

I'm also getting help to write to my local MP about this. veryangry.gif
