The BBC's Eastenders has a major bipolar storyline featuring Jean and Stacey Slater.

there's a link (which I'm not aloud to post to a story) The story is on the /walesnews index at the moment. The headline is "Bipolar experts' EastEnders help"

Some quite interesting info in this news story - which looks at the people helping with the scripts.

Thanks for telling us. It is interesting. I think its great that they start incorporating Bipolar and other MH issues into tv programs, it can go a long way in helping fight the stigma.

They've also got a bipolar storyline in 90210! It's not really as good as the EastEnders one, but E4 have put loads of stuff on their website about mental health now which is really good.
