Hi Beanchop! Congratulations on your new job as Moderator! I take Wellbutrin and have had no problems with it at all, been taking it for 3 years now with my other meds. I'll have to drop by and see you in action... bow.gif hugs.gif bestwishes.gif hearts.gif hearts.gif

Thank you!!! I'm so excited to be part of the team! Coopyahoo.gif

I've been taking Wellbutrin for over 6 years now, in addition to my other meds, and it has worked wonders.

I look forward to "meeting" everyone here and helping where I can.

Hello and congrads on your new responsibilities here on DF. I am new to DF and new again to WB. Would be so helpful if people would tell what meds in addition to WB they take, rather than just saying that they take WB along w/ their other meds. JMHO.

'Ho, bean. I've only got two months left on WB, but I'll try to make our short time together meaningful!

Hello Eve and welcome to Welbutrin!

A suggestion.
You could start a topic on as to what other medications you take with your Wellbutrin, right? Me? I think when I was on WB I didn't take anything else but perhqps ativan when needed, and maybe something for sleep when not taking my ativan, like over the counter Excedrin pm, but that was a long time ago..back in 2002 when we had the old Ikonboard. You also can look at the OTHER DEPRESSION & ANXIETY MEDICATIONS Forum for clues. Coopwink.gif
It probably is in these pages anyway but you could start a new thread! Problem solved. console.gif

Hello Eve!

In addition to Wellbutrin (300 mgs), I take the following:
Effexor (450 mgs)
lithium (600 mgs)
Risperdal (1 mg)
Halcion (.75 mgs - for sleep)
Xanax (1 mg - as needed)

What meds, in addition to wb, are you taking? How's the wb treating you? I found the side effects for this particular drug to be nearly non-existant. Wish I could the say the same about the other meds.

-Bean
