I went out of town and forgot to take my medications with me. I take 15 mg of Lexapro and 200 mg of Wellbutrin a day. Anxiety disorder. Well since I have not taken either of the medications here is what I have experienced:

Wake up normal
then extremely tired like I could go sleep for days
lethagic
less appetite (good thing)
Less cravings ( good thing)
going to the bathroom and have loose stool - lots of bowel movements - like my body has decided to cleanse itself
went out to eat with hubby tonight and immediately feel sick to my stomach but was able to not throw up
Came home with loose stool and food went right through me
Every afternoon for the past four days without the meds I become extremely aggitated, but it passes around dinner time
I want to sleep for a week and that is not my nature at all
Yesterday and today started to get headaches

I will be home tomorrow and wonder if I should just go back to the regular dosage or take the opportunity to try to lower one of them? Doctor told me I could try to taper off either one whenever I wanted to try it. I have taken them both for about two years now. Which one is easier to quit taking? Doctor told me the Wellbutrin increase sex drive in females which I think helps fight off the decrease in sex drive from the Lexapro. I would like to stop the lexapro -

My plan is 10 mg of Lexapro when I get home and regular Wellbutrin dosage? Anyone have this happen and what did you do when you got home? The symptoms above - -does this sounds like withdrawal symptoms? I was so sick from dinner tonight it was very hard to find this forum and write this here. I really want to know what you think and I will check later tonight or in the morning.

My doctor is truly only a phone call away and is supportive in any choice I want to make based on how much the medications are helping me. Thank you
