Hi RAA,

I'm wanting to talk to you, but I feel a little helpless.
There have been many times when I have felt that way. For me, after a period of hard crying makes my head feel like it'll explode.
When I am in the middle of a very stressful situation or moment, a time where I might be trying to take my head out of the reality
of the situation, it will feel like it's going to explode. If I was to explain what my 'exploding' head was like, I'd use your words,
very full and a lot of pressure.

I'm not sure as to what the context is for you, so I don't know if this helps you at all. Please feel free to write back!

I have not done any hard crying but it feels like it is going to explode. There has been times it has felt like a rubber band tight around it.

Maybe you should try some serious break down crying. It may just be the release for you. You have a lot of pressure built up that must be released. No one could tolerate that pressure for very long. Please try it. View each tear as a drop of pressure falling out. Try it.
You have nothing to lose.

PS: I hate to ask a stupid question here, but have you taken any strong fast acting tylenol or advil or something like that? This could release some pressure rather quickly.

yes, my son gets this and my sister also had it. It's almost like a BAND around your head... Very common with anxiety. There are 2 books that are great to read by Dr. Clair Weekes. Hope and help for your nerves and the other one sorry can't remember the name, something like Help from Panic suffering. I am sure if you google Dr. Claire Weekes the correct name will show up. They explain this Full Tight pressure feeling in the head it will help you to understand why it happens. . I know with my sister after she went on Klonopin her head Tightness was relieved. I hope that you feel better soon. Hope this helps you...

I dont see why you couldnt unless there is a medical reason why you cant have one. Are you going to the hospital?
