Hi everyone I'am new member here and I've been fighting depresive feeling for the past couple of months and i was wondering how to overcome these feelings. I would like some guidance as to how to defeat feeling depressed and worthless an times. I've been writing in journals and listening to motivational music, but by nightfall I'm back to square 1

If these feelings are new to you and your symptoms not severe, maybe you're just going through a short but rough patch in your life. If thats the case, it could possibly work itself out without much intervention. Continue to do what you're doing including surrounding yourself more with family and friends at night, if thats when it hinders you most. If after another 2/3 months you don't improve and your symptoms grow worse, it may be time to seek professional advice. Good Luck to You! hearts.gif
