Hi Stich,

Sounds alot is comming at you all at once.

My advice is maybe take some time away from everything for a bit. Also perhaps try to deal with one thing at a time. I know that is easier than said thatn done, but it might help.

I really feel for you, hang in there.

Take care,

Dante~

Hi Stitch

That is a lot to go through in a week. I am glad that you went to see the doc, so that you can get yourself back on track. How was the appointment? How are you today?

Sorry to hear it all Stitch. console.gif Maybe some time off from work would be a good idea. Are there any hobbies which you could engage in to take your mind off some of your troubles?

Are you a fan of comedy? Sometimes we really do need to just take a break and veg out. Sometimes, excessive laughter may be the trick. When was the last time you really laughed hard? The other night I was having bouts of anxiety, dread, and paranoia while I was out doing stuff. Then I went and saw that movie Step Brothers. I forgot all about my troubles as I got into the story and laughed my arse off. After it was over I left the theater feeling airy and relieved. I don't mean to depreciate your problems by saying they can be solved by just watching a movie. But like you suggested, an escape really can help you to recuperate. Be good to yourself man.
