Hey. This is my first post and it is mostly because I am scared! I've been on 45mg Zispin for 18months but have recently had a major meltdown and am not coping. I have been on Prozac and then a ridiculously high dose of Effexor, so the docs think Lithium is the next step. I am just wondering if anyone else has taken this combo and if is anything I should be particularly aware of? Apart from putting on even more weight!!!

welcomeani.gif To DF,

I have not been on that combination, but was on a really high dose of Remeron for a short period but hopefully someone else has some advise about this combination,

I was on each separately, but never combined. Zispin caused me to gain two stone and become exaughsted 24/7, and lithium prolonged my sense of emotional disconnection. To be honest, any anti-depressants I've ever taken prolonged my depression, as they sent me zombified and detached - so I couldnt connect with my problems in order to fix them.
