It's a thin line sometimes! Having some quiet time is important too. Is the medication something you can take when you require or should you take it long term?

Sometimes a reduction in dosage will help you get your creativity back, but still treat your depression and anxiety. Going off completely may do more harm than good. Please talk to your doctor about your concerns, before making changes.
