Anyone on both these meds. I have cruised along happily on Duloxetine for 18 months and have now been hit with the worst bout of depression I think I have ever had. So now my head doc has put me on Lithium too. I am unipolar so it is just to boost the effects of the duloxetine... anyone been on both?

Not at the same time, sorry. But it sounds like a common strategy - add an adjunctive med (in this case mood stabiliser) to boost the AD.
(I'm on a similar strategy: Cymbalta & Wellbutrin and then Lamictal (also mood stabiliser) was recently added to boost them.

Both lithium and Lamictal are said to have ADs effects as well, and are being used in unipolar depression - most often with an AD.
