so my week is um busy relatively in got therapy tomorrow morn, then on tuesday i get paid hopeful get my car back and i seeing a shrink on Wednesday im going to see top gear :) in my car hopefully thursday i seeing my mate and then friday lilo comes home :) i've been looking after her dog at hers sine um thursday and its been great she keeps me happy and i've done really well i've resisting temptation for you know what for 2 week now!

tho my hayfever has been getting me down and the fact that i dont have my car has been getting me down, yeah i got a courtesy car but... its not the same :(

but i gota sort out loads pictures gah

Looks like you have plenty to do all week. I actually like it when I have heaps to do then I dont think so much.

Have you thought about gettting yourself a dog? Sounds like it would be great company for you.

So here's my reflection back on this week, Monday I saw theropist and to be honest she was rubbish don't feel too comfortable speaking to her she's kinda like an over care friends mom you feel she wants to know how you are but doesn't want to much detail. Tuesday i saw psyk nurse for assement they where much better tho at the end when they knew/seen what I been doing seemed to become very overly concerend with me which scared me I never had be worry about me so much I don't really like it! But they revering me to a shrink he's from Sweden and looks like Santa they also said they where gona mark it urgent!:confused:

Wednesday I went top gear it was fun long! But fun I'm gona be on tv... Hopefully look out for the mushroom hooduy this Sunday 8pm bbc2 and on BBC knowlege at some point! I got abused by jeremy but it was fun! Yesterday I was ment to go London but I felt depressed and pottered about took ages to get ready by the time I was ready it was too late I spent most of the day in bed but I forced my self to go out in the afternoon and saw my mate!

Today I feel a lil lost not sure what I wana do! I think I wana go swimming but I'm not sure!
All this week tho I been looking after my mates dog which was good and really cheered me up all week she's a great explore and is so much fun to walk and play with!

Yes I have looked in to getting a dog but I am planing to go Canada in 5 months it would seem unfair I may get one in Canada and get a pet pasport and bring it back! That could be kool! But I dunno!
