I finally had an appointment with my doctor yesterday. He was on vacation last week and I couldn't get in. You may remember I was having a terrible time when I upped my effexor to 75mg. I was dizzy, weak, tired, sick in my stomach, and just felt plain awful. Well, instead of effexor putting my BP up it put it down. It was running 86/56. I was dragging and blaming the effexor because I know that can be a se of effexor. Well, we lowered my dose of BP med and today it is much better. I actually may be able to go off the BP med eventually but we don't want to stop it cold turkey.

Just thought I'd let some of you know in case anyone would have this problem. Granted it isn't a normal one but then again that's the way these drugs effect some of us.
