I use to post at this sports website and I had some problems with this guy. I sent email pretending to be the owner of that website to help settle the issue and also sent anonymous emails to the owner of that site and one of those emails I lied and said I majored in psychology college and said that guy had a problem. At the time of all this I wasn't eating and I had addiction to masturbation. Is this Biploar or not? Everyone thing that happen goes through my mind all of the time.

My life with BP, says your behavior is not indicative of BP. However, I'm not a professional and cannot give you that advice. If what you did was a "one time" event, I don't think it's a problem. If you are continually behaving in this fashion, please, seek professional help.

I agree wholeheartedly with Sheepwoman. Honestly, this doesn't sound much like BP to me. However, if this is a behavioral pattern, you should go see a professional.

It's by no means conclusive evidence of bipolar.

Masturbation and letter writing are fairly common with mania, but that alone isn't enough.

When I'm manic, I feel as if I'm on drugs. My mind races. I don't sleep. Everything fascinates me. I walk and talk so fast that others comment. I'm impulsive and hedonistic. It changes my entire life until it ends, and I'm unmistakably different.

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid! Why must people always equate the two?

Didn't know about letter writing and BP! What drawing pictures of people and BP?

Sean,
If the emails, masturbation and now drawing pictures of people is upsetting you for some reason, you really should seek professional advice. Bipolar cannot be diagnosed during a first meeting with a psychiatrist (GP's haven't enough mental health training) due to the many components it contains of other mental health illnesses. Accurate diagnosis of BP is arrived at by a long, detailed history over a period of time.

We are not professionals. We cannot tell you what you may have or give you a diagnosis. We can only share our personal experiences with BP.

No, my dad would draw pictures before Biploar episodes and I was just curious if anyone else done it. As for me sending emails and stuff I've stopped that. I'm waiting for Test Results my test results now.
