Ok, so my boyfriend got sent away to some sort of program, my best guess is behavior modification, at 5 am this morning. His parents signed something saying that they can't tell me what it is. They weren't even allowed to tell him about it until the guys arrived to take him away.

What I know about the program/place: It's in Oregon. They make people sign something saying that they won't tell anyone close to the person they're sending to it what or where it is. The time he's staying is indefinite. There will probably not be meds involved, because his parents are very anti-medication.

What I know about why he's going: He is frequently unable to do his schoolwork, because of untreated depression, and possibly ADHD. He has memory problems due to chronic over-use of caffeine, which he's been off of for about 3 months now. He has some anger/violence issues, but those are better than they used to be, and don't mess up his life nearly as much, however, his mom is afraid to be alone in the house with him.

We've been together 18 months, and I'm taking the loss pretty hard, even though it's only been an hour and 45 minutes. Any ideas as to what this place is, or any support in general would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Oh, edit, he's 16, which is why I put it in here, since I figured parents of teens with similar problems might know about this.

I unfortunately can not help you with this place, as I have never heard of it.
From what I understand, the actual place does not want anyone to know where it is?
Have you thought that his parents may just be trying to not let you have any contact with him?
It must be very hard for you, your boyfriend being a minor means that his parents can take complete control at anytime, even against his will.
Have you heard anything else, how are you doing today?
