Am I only one who does this?

I buy loads of self-help books. I must have every one of them !!!!

I usually have a quick flick through and think ' load of rubbish' and then dont bother ever doing the exercises or anything?

Anybody ever bothered to do any of the exercises etc and found them any good? e.g. Burns - New Mood therapy or similar?

How's the Welsh weather?

I have read a few 'self-help' books often written by people who suggest they have also suffered. Others I have skimmed through on bookshelves or borrowed from the Library. However, most do not relate to my problem. Most authors seem to have been 'cured' very simply ......... and some I do not believe ever 'suffered' but jumped on a band-wagon sneaky2.gif

Do you act on any other types of book that you might read? Do you rush into farming for example ;-).

Little steps!
