I have talked to quite a few people from the UK who took Escitalopram (Lexapro). Celexa is Citalopram and Lexapro is Escitalopram. Ask your doctor about it!

OK. So they're both available in the UK?

Am I right in saying that Escitalopram is a more potent version of Citalopram?
