I've been taking Prozac 20mg for about 5 days and I'm getting no sleep at all, I've read that changing to taking it in the morning might help, but how do I change?, do I skip my nighttime dose and take it the following morning or take one at night as usual and then again the following morning?

I've done it three ways. The two you described, or I take my dose a couple hours earlier each day for a few days, until I'm taking it in the morning. Obviously it's much less of a nuisance to do it one of your ways. For me, skipping the nighttime dose and taking it in the morning was the easiest on my system. Taking it at night and then again in the morning put too much medication in my system and worsened my side effects.

Thanks I'll be going for the skip and take in the morning as I could do with the sleep and I don't think I could hack any more sides.

I second that - I switched myself from a morning to an afternoon dose recently and ended up with a mild version of serotonin syndrome later that day. If you do this just make sure you have a phone or someone nearby in case of an emergency. It might be a little easier to do it by shifting the time an hour or two a day. Good luck and hopefully you won't experience any nasty side effects with the switch.
