I don't know if any of you feel this way but now that the holidays are ending and its about time for me to go back to work I am feeling a lot of anxiety and i'm not even sure why, I've been feeling a bit down these past couple of days. Is there a such thing as post-holiday blues?

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I've never really had it too bad until this year. Boy is it frustrating. Maybe once I get back into the groove of things I'll feel different, i hope. unsure.gif

I find it's kinda hard going back to work because everyone talks about what they did, what they got, and I sit there hoping they don't ask about mine. Then I wonder do I lie and say "It was ok." and leave it at that with them wondering why the hell I don't go into details about what I did, or do I tell them the truth and be a guy that brings the mood down, tell them I did nothing and got nothing for Christmas, not even a call.

Before Christmas, I was bragging that for the first time in my life, I had a good attitude. Then Christmas came and I felt terrible. The stress of the holidays is almost more than I can handle. I think I'm joining the rest of you in announcing Post Traumatic Holiday Stress!
